This assignment is a personal favourite. We were told to make country based on our creative imagination. We were given a lot of freedom on this assignment.
The country is inpired by an old french book called Le Petit Prince, aka The Little Prince.

COUNTRY IDEA:
The country is named 01- SPKL. A country shaped like tiny planet and only has a small amount of citizen, a star keeper, the sacred moon and a flock of birds. Its located just above the clouds. People don't sleep in houses, because they were born my the moon, when they need rest they would become one with the moon again.

FINAL POSTER SKETCH
In my country, there is an annual comet shower that terrors their little planets. So when the day comes, they will surrender their mortal bodies and be one with it again. I wanted to highlight this concept on the final poster.
PAINTING PROCESS
Painted with a mix of watercolour (for the background), poster paint and acrylic paint. A few objects were outlined with a white marker and black marker. Everything is painted on an A3 watercolour paper.
